About the Role
Drive revenue growth for Sri Lanka's finest properties
We're looking for a commercially driven Revenue Management Executive to join our growing team. You'll work directly with a portfolio of hotels and resorts to implement dynamic pricing strategies, manage OTA channels, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue performance.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for partner hotels
- Manage OTA channel presence across Booking.com, Expedia, and other platforms
- Conduct competitive rate analysis and demand forecasting
- Monitor and report on RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy KPIs
- Work closely with property teams to align pricing with commercial goals
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in revenue management or hotel operations
- Familiarity with PMS and channel manager systems
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Sri Lanka's hospitality market is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with hospitality technology platforms
- Background in hotel sales or front office management
- Exposure to international travel trade or GDS platforms
